What You'll Do:

  • Technical Expertise: Produce detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes.
  • Material & Finish Specialist: Select and specify finishes, materials, and furniture that enhance the design aesthetic and meet project requirements.
  • Client Advocate: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into stunning and functional spaces.
  • Sustainability Champion: Incorporate sustainable design principles and materials to create environmentally responsible interiors.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of both interior design and architectural principles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and other relevant design software.
  • Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • NCIDQ certification or architectural licensure.
  • LEED accreditation.
  • Experience with a variety of project types, including commercial, residential, and hospitality.
  • A portfolio showcasing your innovative design solutions and technical expertise.
