Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month. End of the year bonus.

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Pre-K/K Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging classroom environment. As a key leader in early childhood education, you will design and implement developmentally appropriate Lesson Plans, promote social-emotional growth, and support children’s early learning experiences. Your passion for teaching and commitment to child welfare will help lay a strong foundation for our students’ future academic success and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education, including all subject areas.
• Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management.
• Engage in ongoing assessment of student progress through observations.
• Foster strong communication with parents
• Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining high standards of childcare and classroom management

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with young children in public school, preschool, or daycare setting, with a strong understanding of childhood development principles.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Prior experience is mandatory.
• Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred.
