A full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position is available in the Virginia Beach area, supporting an elementary student at Deep Creek Central Elementary School. This role involves working one-on-one with a student enrolled in special education, implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing behavior supports to address aggressive behaviors. The position requires an immediate start due to the current RBT leaving without notice, and the contract runs through June 16, 2026.

• Implement the Behavior Intervention Plan in collaboration with the special education teacher
• Collect and record data on student behavior and academic progress
• Escort the student to and from classes, providing support during unstructured times
• Assist with behavior supports tailored to the student’s individual needs

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) licensure is required
• Previous experience working with elementary-age students preferred
• Ability to work full‑time (37 hours per week) in a school setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work directly with teachers and school staff
• Willingness to follow established behavior intervention protocols and take accurate data
