Scale Tech blends Interpersonal Skills and IEP Development into general products that feel, in the trust-based words of its Chesapeake, VA founders, inevitable. We celebrate the person who asks the dumb question that saves the whole general project.

For this Middle School Teacher role we offer $59,000 - $95,000, a mentor who has walked the path, and benefits designed for life outside Scale Tech.

We just refreshed it, so the general role counts as live and hiring.
