This position requires a technically strong engineer who can balance design integrity, budget, and client needs, while contributing to both office‑based engineering and occasional site visits.

The role offers the option of a 9/80 schedule and requires candidates who bring hands‑on civil/structural design—not just project management experience.

  • Lead client presentations and conduct shop drawing reviews and contract administration.
  • Perform and oversee field inspections, measurements, and engineering calculations.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers, supporting skill development and project contributions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support overall project execution with strong organization, communication, and design leadership.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of civil/structural engineering experience, preferably in consulting.
  • EIT certification required; PE license strongly preferred or ability to obtain within one year.
  • Advanced knowledge of standard civil/structural engineering techniques and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to work independently and lead technical tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with engineering software, including AutoCAD, Micro Station, BIM/Revit, Civil 3D, RISA‑3D, and other analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring ability, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States without restriction.
