  • Collaborate on managing permit and license schedules for building completion certificates in coordination with the Project Coordinator and MEP Manager.

Design & Technical Management:

  • Review CSA designs for construction before issuance to the contractor and assist in managing CSA design elements, including the contractor’s shop drawings and as-built drawings, in collaboration with the Supervision Consultant.
  • Assess deviations between tender designs and construction designs to evaluate cost and time impacts, assist in preparing deviation reports, and support CSA change management concerning project budget and progress.
  • Contribute to value engineering and cost reduction investigations related to design changes, working closely with the Cost Manager of Construction Management.
