Keep it clean, keep it fresh, keep it smelling good! The Housekeeper is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the community including the amenities, building interiors, leasing office, and other common areas. The Housekeeper will also assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for move‑in by new residents as directed by the Service Manager.

• Operate a golf cart or motor vehicle
• Exhibit flexibility to change and/or adapt to priority needs for the work day
• Demonstrate good organizational skills and ability to prioritize

• Read and understand the following: cleaning supply labels, tool operations, and property activity reports.
