• Conduct client tax interviews by face‑to‑face and virtual tools (video, phone, chat, email).
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
• Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
• Grow your tax expertise through ongoing training.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
• Availability to work a minimum of 25–35 hours weekly during tax season and up to 40 hours during peak weeks.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
• Comfort using virtual collaboration tools (video, phone, chat).
• Effective communication skills in person, via phone, and in writing.
• Must meet all IRS and applicable state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent (or higher).
