• Deliver a wide range of services, including Individual, Hybrid, Volume Eyelash extensions and Eyelash Lift
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide aftercare advice and follow‑up consultations to ensure client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Assist in promoting our services and products to enhance client experience.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and service quality.

• Valid Cosmetology or Esthetician license in Virginia.
• Proven experience in eyelash extension application preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand‑eye coordination.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for beauty and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols in a spa environment.
