• State licensure required if available in the state where the facility is located.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Registered Dietitian Certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, possible travel for multiple facilities, and additional shifts.
• Successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% after hire and training.
• Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and functional proficiency with DaVita‑specific applications within 60 days.
