American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist with 2+ years of recent Cath Lab experience and RCIS, RCVT, or RCES certification.

• Cardiac Cath Lab performing minimally invasive cardiac procedures with a full-service Electrophysiology (EP) program
• May be assigned to support other Cardiovascular departments including Cath Lab, EP, and Cath Holding
• Schedule includes 5x8 and 4x10 shifts with varying start times between 7a-7p
• Position scheduled for 40 hours per week, though some days may extend beyond 8 hours based on procedural volume
• Rotating weekday, weekend, and holiday call required, averaging approximately 12 call days per month

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience required
• Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program leading toward Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist registry
• ARRT-only candidates will not be considered
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required
• One of the following current credentials required: RCIS, RCVT, or RCES
• VA or compact license required in hand at time of consideration, if applicable
• EKG/telemetry proficiency testing required with a minimum passing score of 80%

• Call rotates among all Cath Lab staff and includes weekend and holiday coverage
• No prior license or background check issues will be considered for this role
• Candidates must be able to pass fit testing; PAPR accommodation is not available
• Approximately 3 hours of billable training modules required prior to start
• Requested time off must be submitted up front and will be reviewed on a per-case basis
• Local candidates may be considered for allied positions
