Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist
Facility: Chesapeake Regional Healthcare
Location: Chesapeake, Virginia
Agency: Lotus One – Care Career
Care Career :
- Schedule: 5x8-hour or 4x10-hour shifts
- Shift Window: Day shift, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Weekly Hours: 40 hours
- Experience Required: 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and one qualifying cardiovascular credential
- Call: Approximately 12 call days per month, including some weekends
- Holiday Call: Required; holiday time off will not be approved
- Overtime: Expected based on procedural volume
- RTO: Must be submitted with the profile; reviewed individually
- Minimum 2 years of recent Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program leading toward Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist registry
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- One of the following credentials:
- RCIS – Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist
- RCVT – Registered Cardiovascular Technologist
- RCES – Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist
- ARRT candidates will not be considered
- No previous license or background hits
- No history of fit-testing issues, as the facility cannot accommodate a PAPR
