Epic Resolute Analyst

Join a growing healthcare team as an Epic Resolute Analyst supporting Epic Hospital Billing (HB), Professional Billing (PB), and Claims workflows. This role serves as the bridge between Revenue Cycle Operations and IT, driving system optimization, issue resolution, and process improvements that enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.

• Provide functional support and optimization for Epic HB, PB, and Claims modules
• Troubleshoot complex billing, claims, and reimbursement issues
• Partner with Revenue Cycle leadership and IT teams on enhancements and initiatives
• Support charge capture, claim edits, denials management, and reimbursement workflows
• Analyze workflows and implement Epic best practices
• Create reporting insights using Clarity, Cogito, and Caboodle
• Lead stakeholder meetings, workflow reviews, and end-user training

• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Certification Required (willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire also considered
• Strong experience with Epic Revenue Cycle, Claims, and Billing workflows
• Knowledge of payer regulations, denials management, and reimbursement processes
• Experience with Clarity, Cogito, Caboodle, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Monday-Friday between 7:00 AM-5:00 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chesapeake, VA.

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $62.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
