-1 [Restaurant Supervisor] As an Assistant Bar Manager at Gecko Hospitality, you'll:
Collaborate with the Bar Manager on daily operations, including opening and closing duties;
Supervise and train bar staff;
Manage inventory effectively by ordering, receiving, and stocking bar supplies;
Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on standardized recipes;
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and tact;
Assist with devising and implementing promotional events to attract and retain customers.
