Hospitality Manager

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff effectively. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the restaurant.
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Managing budgets and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
• Recruiting, training, and supervising staff to ensure a motivated and efficient team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service and operations.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
