This role serves as the primary liaison between Finance and Information Technology, ensuring collaboration on application security, training, and process improvements. The Financial Systems Analyst will provide exceptional customer service by engaging with all City departments, addressing system‑related issues, and providing solutions.
In addition to technical expertise, this role involves customer‑facing responsibilities, including business process reviews, committee participation, and in‑person training. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively supporting users, explaining technical concepts, and developing positive working relationships across departments.
