Job Description

Sellers & Associates is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to support Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) programs. The successful candidate will design, develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint-based solutions that enable collaboration, document management, workflow automation, and data visibility in support of mission‑critical Navy operations.

This role supports NAVWAR efforts to modernize information sharing, improve business processes, and enhance operational efficiency across information warfare, program management, training, and logistics domains.

Job Requirements
  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On‑Premise solutions in accordance with NAVWAR requirements.
  • Build and customize sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions to support program and operational needs.
  • Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) integrated with SharePoint.
  • Support document management, records management, and information governance in compliance with DoD and Navy policies.
  • Implement and maintain workflow automation to streamline business and program management processes.
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver capabilities on schedule.
  • Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of SharePoint environments.
  • Ensure solutions comply with DoD cybersecurity requirements, RMF controls, and data protection standards.
  • Develop technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs)
  • 3-7+ years of experience developing and supporting SharePoint solutions.
  • Hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2016/2019.
  • Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate; Power BI preferred).
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) concepts.
  • Experience implementing permissions, security groups, and access controls.
  • Familiarity with DoD/Navy IT environments and enterprise collaboration tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with government customers.
