As a Scrum Master at Ignite, you will lead Data Engineering and AI/ML Engineering teams in delivering high‑impact, client‑facing projects for a Navy IT Command. Your role focuses on guiding the teams through Agile processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of solutions that meet the unique needs of Navy IT operations. You will facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, remove roadblocks, and ensure seamless collaboration between engineering teams and Navy stakeholders.
A strong understanding of Navy IT systems, processes, and security requirements is critical.
- 10+ years’ relevant experience or bachelor’s degree and 7+ years’ of relevant experience, or master’s degree and 5+ years’ of relevant experience as a Scrum Master
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
Location:
Charleston, SC or Norfolk, VA – Hybrid (1‑2 days a week onsite).
Salary: $120 k, commensurate with experience and education.
Security RequirementsApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
