** JOB DESCRIPTION
** Organizations are rapidly investing in copilots, generative AI, and intelligent agents while continuing to navigate complex enterprise transformations, including cloud and ERP modernization, operating model redesign, mergers and restructuring, and evolving technology priorities. Achieving meaningful business value from these investments requires more than implementing new technology—it requires a clear strategy, thoughtful change leadership, and an organization prepared to adopt new ways of working.  

We are seeking a Solution Leader to grow and deliver a portfolio of enterprise transformation offerings across three connected areas:
* * AI Enablement*: our flagship AI Enablement offering, which helps organizations move from AI access to AI-enabled ways of working.
* * Organizational Change Management (OCM*): change strategy, readiness, and adoption for enterprise technology implementations and business transformations.
* * Business Technology Strategy*: technology strategy, roadmaps, operating models, and investment prioritization that align technology to business outcomes.

You will originate and shape opportunities with C-suite buyers (CIO, CTO, CHRO, COO, CFO, and Chief AI Officer), advise on engagements from executive alignment through mobilization, and build the team, assets, and market presence to scale the portfolio. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded transformation leader who brings proven OCM and technology strategy foundations, applies them with credibility to AI, and can move fluidly between the three, because clients rarely buy AI enablement, change, and technology strategy in isolation.  

Grow the Portfolio and Market Presence
* Own pipeline and revenue targets across AI Enablement, OCM, and Business Technology Strategy, from origination and qualification through proposal, pricing, negotiation, and close.
* Lead executive conversations that frame the client’s challenge in terms of business value at risk, whether that is the gap between AI investment and organizational readiness, a major implementation at risk of low adoption, or a technology portfolio misaligned to strategy.
* Shape and price OCM and technology strategy engagements, including standalone advisory work and change work streams embedded within larger implementation programs.
