We are looking for a Litigation Attorney with experience managing Virginia-based personal injury cases. This role also includes providing mentorship and guidance to paralegals and support staff.

Superior attention to detail and the ability to handle all types of personal injury cases are crucial to success in this position.

• Manage Virginia-based personal injury cases and provide mentorship and guidance to paralegals and support staff.

• Must be admitted and licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Active member in good standing with the Virginia State Bar
• 2-5 years of prior litigation experience, specifically in plaintiff personal injury matters
• Highly developed negotiation, communication, and trial advocacy skills
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law, including medical records, bills, and injury assessment
• In-depth understanding of Virginia automobile insurance coverages and claims processes
• Experience with case management software (Neos preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
• Proven ability to effectively mentor and supervise paralegals and support staff
