Summary of Position (Job Purpose)

Major purpose and functions of the position.

Responsible for:
Managing all store pest programs including scheduled, on-demand, and exclusion services.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Partner with Operations, Legal, Compliance and other stakeholders as needed to develop and implement pest management strategies to minimize pest intrusion and pest services expenses. Utilize work order and financial data to develop annual OpEx plans in partnership with Finance and FM leadership. Utilize store level pest expense and work order data to identify opportunities to reduce pest activities and expenses.

Partner with Procurement for all pest services bids for planned service and reactive services. Manage all store level requests for pest services support. Hold monthly or quarterly business reviews with all contracted service providers to include developing action plans for improving services and reducing costs. Partner with FM Analysts to develop and provide Operations with store level pest data so that Operations is aware of trends and current pest management activities.

Minimum Requirements /Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience managing pest services for large multi-facility customers.
  • Strong customer relations and support skills.
  • Strong experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Must be data oriented and can interpret and synthesize data into information that will inform business decisions.
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail and work well under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree (economics, finance, project management).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, demanding environment.
  • Exceptional planning, analytical, problem solving and implementation skills; ability to deal with ambiguity and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with retail facilities management in multi-location real estate organization.
