This full-time role is responsible for all results in the assigned stores, ensuring food, labor and service goals are met and conducting P&L reviews with the direct supervisor each month. You will maintain a minimum 50 hour work week, staff and train the team, ensure safety standards, manage equipment and inventory, implement new products or ideas, and sustain at least a four-star operation level.
