We're Hiring! Payroll Supervisor | Chesapeake, VA
Are you an experienced payroll professional who thrives on accuracy, leadership, and continuous improvement?
MAP Communications is growing, and we're looking for a Payroll Supervisor to join our team!
In this role, you'll lead and mentor our payroll team, oversee multi-state payroll operations, drive process improvements, and help ensure a seamless employee experience.
What we're looking for:- 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Experience with multi-state payroll and ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative leader who enjoys developing people and improving processes
