Marketing Assistant

MEB is looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, proposal development, and event coordination within the construction industry. • Gain experience in a variety of marketing functions, including social media, digital marketing, proposal development, and community engagement

• Assist in drafting, scheduling, and managing content across multiple social media platforms
• Support proposal development by preparing qualifications, presentations, resumes, and project descriptions
• Maintain and update website content, job postings, and project highlights
• Assist in creating marketing collateral such as ads, brochures, flyers, and email campaigns
• Participate in planning and execution of trade shows, career fairs, and company events
• Capture photos, videos, and employee interviews during site visits to enhance content
• Track social media analytics and assist in developing strategies to improve engagement

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field preferred
• A combination of education, experience, and passion for marketing will be considered in lieu of a degree
• Strong writing and content creation skills
• Familiarity with social media marketing and engagement strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
