Clinical Supervisor- Infusion

Sentara Home Care Infusion is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor.

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating patient care resources to meet the clinical needs of patients while ensuring high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care. This role oversees a multidisciplinary team and serves as a key resource for clinical staff, physicians, and the public. The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in administrative decision-making, staff development, and program implementation, while also supporting talent retention and customer service excellence.

• Coordinate andallocatepatient care resources to ensureoptimalclinical outcomes.

• Supervise and support a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver high-quality care.

• Serve as a clinical and administrative resource for staff, physicians, and patients.

• Make administrative decisions in collaboration with leadershipregardingcomplex or sensitive situations.

• Assistin the development and implementation of clinical programs, policies, and procedures.

• Monitor compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.

• Implement and support talent retention strategies within the team.

• Promote and ensure excellent customer service delivery across all touchpoints.

• RN license in state of practice required.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $ - $ annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.

If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
