- Proficient in Epic - Fully pre-closed and comfortable with patient ratios of 1:7 - Candidates are required to have submitted current history without license or background issues

Description:

We are seeking a registered nurse for a high-volume post-surgical unit. This unit cares for a variety of patients, including those in urology and gynecology surgical populations. The schedule options are flexible with 3x12 or 4x12 shifts available. Candidates will be required to work every other weekend, float, and cover holidays within the contract. Staffing support includes IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services.

Daily patient census averages around 14 patients. The unit cares for adults and geriatrics alike. Suitable candidates should have experience in blood product administration, telemetry monitoring, and tracheostomy care. Candidates must pass an EKG test with a minimum score of 80% prior to starting.
