Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals.
- Prepare all of McDonald’s world‑famous food.
- Partner with other crew members and managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment.
- Minimum age 16.
At least one of the following is required: proven communication skills, previous customer service or food‑service experience, or a strong willingness to learn.
