Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals.
• Prepare all of McDonald’s world‑famous food.
• Partner with other crew members and managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.

Qualifications:

• Outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment.
• Minimum age 16.

At least one of the following is required: proven communication skills, previous customer service or food‑service experience, or a strong willingness to learn.
