• Ensure optimal sanitation and safety standards in the work area at all times.
• Monitor and maintain a clean working area and cooking surfaces for food preparation.
• Adjust schedule to cover flex shifts or special events.
• Maintain and operate all large cooking equipment such as pizza oven, dough roller, dough mixer, and fryers.
• Manage all food order slips and administer all verbal instructions while performing all cooking requirements as instructed.
• Prepare all food materials required for cooking such as cutting vegetables, precooking meats, and making our special beer‑batter dough.
• Monitor and ensure exact measurements of ingredients for all food items.
• Prepare all packaged food items and ensure proper serving temperatures.
