Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who generate energy and excitement around our products and services. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology, customer needs, and the retail experience are constantly evolving. They develop strong connections with customers, building and deepening relationships, and are skilled in uncovering customer needs to educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions.

This role is designed for learning, with new associates working with their team to build skills and prepare for advancement to Retail Associate Manager. Successful completion of new employee training is required.

Responsibilities include:

Building proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class experience, and fostering loyalty.

Assisting customers in continuing their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.

Exploring customer needs and demonstrating the latest technology.

Selling personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.

Approaching customer interactions with integrity and compassion.

Using digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services effectively.

Completing training on in-store experience, systems, and processes.

Continuously learning about wireless innovations and technology.

Collaborating with other T-Mobile employees to enhance the customer experience, resolve issues, and support team initiatives.

The experience you’ll bring:

Willingness to learn and share ideas with peers and store leaders.
Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals.
At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.
