Hourly rate ranges from $16.77–$17.02 per hour and depends on qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. Key duties include ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, managing merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age 18.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk and climb ladders for over 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Up to 38 hours per week.
