• 1‑3 years of retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, overnight, and weekend shifts

• Experience utilizing retail technology
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 pounds
• Previous experience in a customer service‑oriented role
