The Role:

What You'll Do

ers Windows, we’re looking for passionate, outgoing promoters to join our growing team and be the face of our brand. This isn’t your typical desk job—it’s a chance to get out, engage with the public, and be rewarded for your hustle.

• Represent Mr. Rogers Windows at exciting events, retail locations, and community gatherings, and door to door.
• Engage with the public to generate excitement and build meaningful connections with potential clients.
• Educate consumers on the features and benefits of our products/services through engaging conversations.
• Generate qualified leads by converting conversations into appointments.
• Help set up and maintain professional, eye-catching displays and promotional materials.

• Hourly Pay PLUS Performance-based pay:
  The more you succeed, the more you earn. Our top promoters consistently earn well over $30/hr.

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for 4+ hours during events
• Previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person!
