Best Choice Roofing is seeking a motivated and reward‑driven Residential Sales Consultant to join our team.

Best Choice Roofing, founded in 2009, is one of the largest residential roofing companies in the US, providing high‑quality services and exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Respond to warm sales leads and close contracts for roofing services.
• Generate new leads by canvassing neighborhoods and visiting homeowners after storm damage.
• Conduct roof and property inspections, climb onto roofs and into attics for damage assessments.
• Educate homeowners on the restoration process and provide estimates and funding options.
• Work with insurance adjusters to facilitate optimal outcomes for homeowners.
• Obtain agreements and contracts from homeowners.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and actively participate in team communication.

• Sales or customer‑service background a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using technology (computer, smartphone apps).
• Able to climb ladders, scale roofs, and work outdoors.
• Capable of carrying up to 50 lbs and walking long distances.
• Minimum 40 hours of daytime availability weekly; flexible schedule, Saturdays required.
