TFC Recycling is expanding our B2B Sales Team — and we’re looking for a Sales Executive who wants freedom, autonomy, and unlimited earning potential while helping local businesses go green.
This isn’t a desk job.
This is a fast-paced, community-centered, high-relationship role where you become the face of TFC in Hampton Roads.
- Own and grow a Hampton Roads territory full of opportunity
- Hunt for new B2B customers daily — retail, industrial, manufacturing, municipalities, corporate offices
- Build long-term partnerships that support environmental stewardship
- Open new accounts that increase company revenue and your own commission
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers
- Attend community events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Provide weekly sales updates and pipeline forecasts
- Represent a respected, local industry leader with a strong brand and loyal customer base
- Unlimited commission – your effort = your earnings

- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in Hampton Roads
- Proven track record of closing and retaining accounts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
- Ability to thrive in varied environments — office, on-site, outdoors, industrial settings
- Tech-savvy with MS Office + the ability to learn industry software
- Experience in waste, environmental, or corporate services a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
