TFC Recycling is expanding our B2B Sales Team — and we’re looking for a Sales Executive who wants freedom, autonomy, and unlimited earning potential while helping local businesses go green.

This isn’t a desk job.
This is a fast-paced, community-centered, high-relationship role where you become the face of TFC in Hampton Roads.

💼 What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow a Hampton Roads territory full of opportunity
  • Hunt for new B2B customers daily — retail, industrial, manufacturing, municipalities, corporate offices
  • Build long-term partnerships that support environmental stewardship
  • Open new accounts that increase company revenue and your own commission
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers
  • Attend community events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Provide weekly sales updates and pipeline forecasts
  • Represent a respected, local industry leader with a strong brand and loyal customer base

📌 What You Bring
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in Hampton Roads
  • Proven track record of closing and retaining accounts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
  • Ability to thrive in varied environments — office, on-site, outdoors, industrial settings
  • Tech-savvy with MS Office + the ability to learn industry software
  • Experience in waste, environmental, or corporate services a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
