* What You’ll Do:

*** Greet and guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process
* Develop strong relationships and ensure a world-class customer experience
* Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
* Follow up with leads and maintain an organized pipeline using our CRM system
* Stay up to date on inventory, product knowledge, promotions, and competitive comparisons
* Achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining high CSI scores

* What We’re Looking For:

*** Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous automotive or retail sales experience is a plus—but not required
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
