Sales Representative (Base + Uncapped Commission)

Join West Shore Home, a technology‑driven leader in home remodeling, as a Sales Representative. We are building the first nationwide home remodeling brand and recently received the 2023 Top Workplaces USA award. The role offers a base salary with uncapped commission earnings of up to $200K+.

Position: Design Consultant (Sales Representative)
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Schedule: Rotating Monday‑Friday, Tuesday‑Saturday
Who We Are: West Shore Home operates in over 40 locations nationwide and employs more than 3,000 people. We specialize in high‑quality, convenient remodels of bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors.

As an In‑Home Sales Representative, you serve as the primary point of contact for all customers, delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure agreements to purchase our products and services.

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule:
  Weeks 1–2:
  Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM;
  Weeks 3–4:
  Tuesday–Friday (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) and Saturday (9:00 AM–2:00 PM).
• Conduct sales appointments (approx. 2 hours each).
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one‑call close sales process.
• No cold‑calling or lead generation: all leads are warm and pre‑set.

• Ability to quickly connect with others in an environment.
• A competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience preferred; recent graduates and those from retail, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles also considered.
• Valid smartphone or smart device to log into company‑required systems using two‑factor authentication.
