LOCATION: Virginia Beach, VA
SummaryHome Technology Sales Reps. are responsible for prospecting, presenting products and services to homeowners, builders, and small commercial owners. They sell to customers and grow their assigned market, ensuring proper documentation for sales agreements and proposals, engaging existing customers, and communicating continuously with management. They are accountable for meeting established quotas and sales performance targets.
What You’ll Do- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
- Prospect for new clients and establish mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients to obtain referrals to develop into new sales.
- Inspect and review physical premises, design system requirements in accordance with client’s needs.
- Prepare documents according to established company guidelines.
- Close sales and offer exceptional customer service & follow-up.
- Monitor job progress, demonstrate operation of security system including a final “walk‑through” with clients.
- High School or GED
- 1‑Year Prospecting Sales experience
- 1‑Year Outside Sales experience
- Sales ability/persuasiveness
- Self‑starter
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficiency in using social media to increase sales leads
- Lead generation skills
- Presentation skills

- Competitive compensation with incentive eligibility. Income potential for this position: $60K‑$80K for the 1st year. The sky is the limit!
