What You’ll Do- Greet and guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process
- Develop strong relationships and ensure a world‑class customer experience
- Present and demonstrate new and pre‑owned vehicles
- Follow up with leads and maintain an organized pipeline using our CRM system
- Stay up to date on inventory, product knowledge, promotions, and competitive comparisons
- Achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining high CSI scores
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous automotive or retail sales experience is a plus—but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
