Crafted Highlights:
- Build a positive rapport with retail customers within a defined territory; understand opportunities, customer issues, challenges, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Execute the sales plan through expanded SKU distribution, increased shelf space, displays, and brand collateral placement at retail.
- Execute annual operating plans (AOP) within the assigned territory, ensuring effective promotion and calendar execution.
- Submit regular recaps outlining objectives, results, barriers, and opportunities; participate in sales/business meetings and presentations.
- Stay abreast of product knowledge on all new and existing lines while understanding competitor products.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree and/or 1+ years experience in sales or management, preferably in the non‑alcoholic beverage space, consumer products, or related industry.
- Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, able to interact effectively with internal and external customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and as part of a team.
- Passion for winning, results‑oriented attitude, and positive energy.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market or territory and occasionally beyond for meetings, trainings, and events.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do. The posting salary range for this role is $50,000.00–$65,600.00, plus a target short‑term incentive and $23,000 average benefits spend per employee including health, dental, vision, retirement with above‑market employer match, wellness incentives, and EAP.
