• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real‑estate property and its perimeter, maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
• Help deter unauthorized activity by remaining visible.
• Document and report security-related incidents and/or suspicious activity according to established protocols.
• Communicate with property management, tenants, and visitors in a professional manner while addressing inquiries or concerns related to security.

• At least six months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
