We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our fast-growing STR Mechanical Team. The ideal candidate will have a can‑do attitude, strong problem‑solving skills, and an active EPA Certification.

• Diagnose causes of problems in heating/air conditioning systems, refrigeration systems, and food service equipment.
• Perform maintenance and service repairs, install new units, or replace parts of existing units for systems 15 tons+.
• Maintain larger PM contracts with more than 5 units.
• Repair or replace defective parts in units and equipment and their controls.
• Service and troubleshoot mini‑splits and/or replace smaller RTUs and mini‑splits for 15 tons or less.
• Communicate with Dispatch to ensure completion of scheduled jobs.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for customers.
• Provide elite customer service to every customer encountered.

• Continual learning and development through First Call Academy to maintain high skill level.
• Deliver elite customer service, ensuring we remain the first call for HVAC needs.

• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Active EPA Certification.
• 5+ years’ experience in a commercial HVAC setting.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• Manufacturer Certification preferred.
• Available to work flexible hours and on‑call shifts as needed.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.

Regularly use hands; stand, walk, sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; lift up to 50 lbs; specific vision abilities noted.
