Position Overview:

• Oversees a construction crew working on the job site, ensuring work is compliant with installation and safety standards.
• Manages field operations focusing on safety, compliance, efficiency, cost management, and innovation.
• Ensures construction activities follow company procedures and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal requirements.

Essential Functions:

• Supervises construction crew, providing hands-on assistance.
• Manages large projects with 5 or more employees.
• Completes required paperwork daily, including timesheets, as-builts, production reports, traceability documentation, and customer pay sheets.
• Trains crew members according to safety policies.
• Acts as the main contact with customers, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors in the field.
• Monitors daily operations to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to specifications and customer requirements.
• Tracks project progress to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
• Ensures all work complies with installation standards.

Qualifications:

• Education Preferred: High school diploma.
• Experience Required: Proficient knowledge of gas installation techniques and standards.
• Preferred: Five years of field experience as a foreman, valid driver’s license with a clean record, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of three years in gas pipeline construction and replacement.

Special Knowledge/Skills: Proficiency in gas installation techniques, attention to detail, organizational and management skills, and ability to read and draft blueprints (as-builts).
