Currently, ECM is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to work at Mill Creek Apartments in Chesapeake, VA.

• Direct staff members and delegate assignments to ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Review and order parts or schedule services needed to complete resident work order repairs.
• Perform wall repairs, A/C and heating repairs, and repairs to doors, cabinets and closets.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• 5–10 years of Maintenance Supervisory Experience.
• HVAC & EPA licensed and available to work overtime.
• Own hand tools and specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical.
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment.
• Availability to accommodate emergency on‑call schedule if requested.
• CPO certifications preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License (no exceptions).
• Background screening and drug test required.
