Puro Clean of South Chesapeake is looking for an experienced lead to run water damage and mold remediation jobs across Hampton Roads.
You’ll assess job conditions, direct the crew, set up and monitor equipment, document progress, and keep customers informed. We need someone who can make sound decisions in the field, show up on time ready to work, and go the extra mile for customers.
What we’re looking for:- Hands-on water damage mitigation and mold remediation experience
- Experience leading a crew and managing jobs from start to finish
- IICRC WRT and AMRT certifications; additional IICRC certifications are a plus
- Clear communication, dependable follow-through, and pride in the finished work
Annual earning potential: $60K–$80K+, based on full-time hours and performance bonuses.
