Norfolk Southern Corp. is seeking a Conductor Trainee to join a seniority-based program. You start on the extra board, bidding onto regular assignments as you gain seniority, and must be available for on-call work with short notice.
Training lasts about 20 weeks at locations including GA, with housing, stipends, and travel reimbursement provided during training. The role includes demanding physical work, outdoor conditions, and union membership within 60 days of training completion.
