Essential Duties & Responsibilities Performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge (but not proficiency) in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors, etc. Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

Education Requirements:

High School education or equivalent Level of Experience Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and repairs Must be able to pass a background check Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation Should own the basic tools needed to perform maintenance Must be able to pass drug screening Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Have good knowledge of electricity, carpentry and plumbing among other technical skills Have good knowledge of troubleshooting techniques to determine exact problems and tackle them accordingly Excellent ability to communicate system problems to both co-workers and management for proper understanding Exhibit good mechanical skills to handle equipment to avoid causing injuries to self and others on ground Knowledge of organizational procedures and workflows – understanding how work moves through a company.

Basic knowledge of relevant technologies or tools – e.g., Microsoft 365, communication platforms, or industry‑standard software. Knowledge of customer service practices – principles of providing quality service and managing inquiries professionally. Knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality principles – awareness of proper handling of sensitive information. Communication skills (written and verbal) – ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Time management and prioritization – balancing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Problem‑solving and critical thinking – analyzing issues and selecting appropriate solutions. Interpersonal and teamwork skills – building rapport and collaborating effectively with others. Attention to detail – producing accurate, error‑free work. Preferred Facility maintenance experience with the DoD preferred Necessary
