Mr. Rogers Windows is hiring motivated Window & Door Installers!
Have basic carpentry or home remodeling experience?
Want to learn a skilled trade with steady year-round work, good pay, and opportunities to advance?
We’ll teach you the window installation trade and help you build a career.
What We Offer
- $20–$25/hour starting pay, based on experience
- $800–$1,000 monthly bonus potential
- Overtime available at time-and-a-half
- Paid training & industry certifications

What You'll Do
- Install residential windows and doors
- Measure, level, trim and finish installations
- Use hand and power tools
- Maintain clean, safe job sites
- Work with an experienced Crew Leader
- Learn professional window installation techniques
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year carpentry, construction, or remodeling experience
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Able to read a tape measure
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Dependable team player
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Window installation experience is a plus, but not required!
