The Hampton Roads Community Action Program serves more than 7,000 individuals or 10,000households annually through its 23+ programs and services. As the Youth Services Accountability Coordinator, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of youth in Hampton Roads by ensuring that programs are impactful, accountable, and aligned with the community needs. RequirementsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND DESIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, youth development, or a related field(Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in youth coordination or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience in program evaluation, accountability, and reporting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to the mission and values of the Hampton Roads Community Action Program.
- Experience with data collection and analysis for program evaluation.
- Knowledge of community resources and youth development best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Culturally competent and able to work with youth from diverse backgrounds.
- Criminal record check and fingerprints, negative Tuberculin Tine screening test or a valid chest X-ray within 10 working days of conditional offer, and driving record required for employment
Hampton Roads Community Action Program (HRCAP) offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, effective the first day of the month following your hire date. Benefits include:
