If you’re reading this, you’re probably a committed fitness professional who wants to inspire others to work hard to be the best they can be. You know how to motivate to get that one more Burpee, and know when to hold back to be sure workouts are safe and effective.

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach‑inspired, science‑backed, technology‑tracked workouts. We want coaches who can make our members feel welcome and who become an integral part of the hour you spend together. Positive energy that stays with a member long after they’ve left the studio, and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout.

• Lead and motivate members through pre‑defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Ensure correct form and offer corrections when needed
• Understand the science behind our workouts, including heart‑rate focused training programs, and be aware of industry trends
• Demonstrate effective use of all equipment used in every workout
• Act as a team player

• AED/CPR certification
• Current personal training certification approved by Orange theory Fitness
