RNDC is looking for energetic Delivery Drivers that possess a valid State driver’s license. As a member of our operations team you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products are delivered on time and orders are filled accurately. You will receive training and support to make a meaningful difference. Drivers are responsible for making deliveries and providing best‑in‑class customer service to grocery stores, liquor stores, hotels, bars, restaurants, convenience stores and other venues.

• Accurately deliver all products by bottle, case, or pallet from the delivery truck to the customer's account by hand truck.
• Safely operate a commercial vehicle and properly conduct pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, notating any vehicle defects.
• Make an average of 20 timely deliveries a day; may deliver to more accounts during high‑volume seasons.
• Verify receipt of correct order with the customer by checking product against invoice, obtaining customer signature and payment if necessary.
• Ensure physical security of the truck at all times.
• Provide regular feedback to management regarding route changes, concerns or areas of opportunity.
• Abide by the DOT hours of service rules and regulations for the license type.
• May utilize a smartphone for interaction with HOS software, point‑of‑delivery invoicing and/or driver monitoring programs.

• High school diploma or GED preferred, plus two years of delivery experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Valid State driver’s license meeting company vehicle insurance requirements.
• Valid DOT medical certification card filed with the state Motor Vehicle Department.
• ABC license as required by state regulations.

• 3+ years of driving experience
• Previous experience in the Wine and Spirits industry
• Forklift certification
